Position Overview

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

  • Signing Bonus in the range of $500.00 - $1,500 
  • In additioanl to the standard Paid Time Off (PTO), we offer several opportunities to earn additional time and days off.  (Our team members typically earn and enjoy 1 1/2 - 2 additional days off each month based on achievement of standard goals.)
  • Opportunity to qualify for an annual all-inclusive 4 - 5 day vacation with all travel expenses covered (this year's trip is to the Royalton Resort in Punta Cana).

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • People-oriented
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Compensation: $48,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
